Member Biography

ARTIST'S STATEMENT

"My goal as an artist is to convey the beauty I see every day. Painting flowers, fruit and vegetables gives me an excuse to push brilliant colors as far as possible. I love to paint close up views and intricate patterns. I have tried many mediums–oil, acrylics, charcoal and glass–but fell in love with transparent watercolor with the first class I took and never looked back."
